Join us at MCA for a special evening with Noor Kids designed to help children navigate growing up in an increasingly digital world while staying grounded in faith, values, and purpose.

Through an engaging and interactive workshop, Br. Amin G. Aaser will connect with children in the signature Noor Kids style: using storytelling, humor, relatable examples, and meaningful conversations to help them think more intentionally about technology and the influences competing for their attention.

The evening will conclude with a special Meet the Author session, giving children and families an opportunity to meet Br. Amin, connect with Noor Kids, ask questions, and have their favorite Noor Kids books signed.

Screens, social media, games, videos, and digital content are an everyday part of growing up. But how can young Muslims enjoy the benefits of technology without allowing it to control their attention, choices, and priorities?

The Digital Armor is an interactive Noor Kids workshop that encourages children to become more thoughtful and intentional about how they engage with the digital world.

Through stories, discussion, and age-appropriate activities, children will explore how faith, character, and good choices can become their “armor” as they navigate life online and offline.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Children’s Workshop: Ages 8 - 12: $5 per child
Registration includes admission to The Digital Armor workshop and the Meet the Author session with Br. Amin G. Aaser.

Parents/guardians accompanying registered children attend free.

Free Babysitting: Ages 3 - 7

Complimentary babysitting will be available for younger children ages 3 - 7 while their older siblings participate in the workshop.

Babysitting space is limited and advance registration is required. Please reserve a separate Free Babysitting ticket for each child who will be using the service.

Important: Children ages 3 - 7 who are registered for babysitting will remain in the designated childcare area during the children’s workshop. The main Digital Armor workshop is designed specifically for children ages 8 -12.

• Ages 8–12 attending The Digital Armor: Select a Children’s Workshop ticket – $5 per child.
• All children ages 3 and older must have a paid ticket if they are attending the workshop
• Ages 3–7 needing childcare: Select a Free Babysitting ticket – $0 per child.
• Parents/guardians: No paid ticket required.
• Admission into the workshop for children under 3 is free

Advance registration is highly encouraged. Babysitting availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
